Understanding Your Service Options
Important distinction:
Our one-on-one sessions focus on mental performance coaching and skills training – not clinical therapy or mental health treatment.
We help athletes:– Build confidence, focus, and mental toughness;
– Develop competition routines and pressure management strategies;
– Overcome performance anxiety and mental blocks;
– Maximize consistency and performance under pressure.
If clinical mental health concerns arise: depression, eating disorders, trauma, for the out-of-state clients, we can coordinate with or refer to licensed mental health professionals in your area as needed.
Our team is experienced in determining clinical needs.
