Each program is built around your specific sport, goals, and mental performance needs. During one-on-one sessions, you’ll gain practical strategies to stay composed under pressure, recover from setbacks, and consistently perform at your peak.
Sessions are available in-person in Portland, Oregon or virtually across the U.S., offering flexible options for busy training schedules. All programs are results-focused, confidential, and tailored to help athletes develop lasting mental skills for competition and beyond.

Frequently Asked Questions
Individual sessions are $185 per session (50 minutes), and include all one-on-one services such as performance improvement, competition preparation, injury recovery support, and mental health concerns. Initial assessment sessions are also 50 minutes at the same rate. Payment is due at the time of service. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and all services are provided on a private pay basis.

Our one-on-one sessions focus on mental performance coaching and skills training – not clinical therapy or mental health treatment.
We help athletes:

- Maximize consistency and performance under pressure.
If clinical mental health concerns arise (depression, eating disorders, trauma), for out-of-state clients we can coordinate with or refer to licensed mental health professionals in your area as needed.
