What is the cost of sport psychology sessions?

Individual sessions are $185 per session (50 minutes), and include all one-on-one services such as performance improvement, competition preparation, injury recovery support, and mental health concerns. Initial assessment sessions are also 50 minutes at the same rate. Group services are $50 per hour per person, with a minimum of 6 people and a 2-hour minimum booking, and include team dynamics work, parent workshops to support young athletes, coach development sessions, and mental skills training groups. Payment is due at the time of service. I have a 24-hour cancellation policy, and all services are provided on a private pay basis.
